How the contact form works

When you complete and submit the form, nothing is saved on this site and nothing is sent to a server. The email application on your own device opens a draft message filled in with what you wrote.

The message only reaches us when you choose to send it. Until then the details stay on your device alone.

Data we process

The message that reaches us contains your full name, company name, work email address, phone number, subject and the content of your message.

When you tick the consent box, the version of the notice you accepted is included in the message, so it is clear which text the consent was given to.

Purpose and legal basis

The data is processed solely to assess your request, respond to you and conduct pre-contractual discussions.

The legal basis is your explicit consent and the conduct of discussions leading to a contract. Your data is not added to any marketing list.

Transfers

Your data is never sold to third parties. The message travels through the infrastructure of your own email provider and of ours.

Sample and analysis data

This notice covers only the contact details you send through the website. Once work begins, the terms covering your samples and analysis results are set out in a separate agreement.

Retention

Once your request is concluded, and where no commercial relationship is established, the data is kept for at most twenty-four months and then deleted.

Your rights

You have the right to access your personal data, request its correction or deletion, and object to processing.

You can send your requests to info@beevex.ai; they are answered within thirty days at the latest.

Cookies

This site uses no marketing or tracking cookies. Pages are served directly to your browser and your behaviour is not tracked.
